Dont buy
Most money I ever wasted. Got a "top of the range" bed. Kingsize extra length Natureform/pampertop 140kgs p/p with a 25 years Warranty. a Very clever Richard person convinced us AFTER I told him that I think the bed is to soft to buy it. The 1 that I wanted (firm) they did not have in stock. We have being using it for 6 months and for the past six months we stand up every morning with a broken back. We complained and eventually the "new" manager Juandre said no problem he will fix it. Took the mattress, ripped of the pampertop and put in a firmer memory foam. Nothing changed and I paid a fortune on a bed that is killing us.

Dont buy

Terrible Service
Please don't purchase any beds at Good knight bedding! I purchased a bed via whatsapp and the lady was extremely Excited to assist me, after they received my full payment I had to drag everything out of them and the promised to deliver when they received the payment, but the bed arrived the next day. I didn't even get a receipt or my guarantee and warrantee, nothing. I had to asked them several times for it and after 5 days i still did not receive ANYTHING. I informed the lady within 24hours that I'm not satisfied with the bed. The description of the bed says, medium firm but that bed is really hard and i cannot sleep on it. They said I cannot exchange or return the bed because i already slept on it. No one there explained anything to me or how the terms and conditions work. It is their job to inform the client. I have a new bed that I cannot sleep on and now because they didn't inform me of anything. I'm extremely disappointed in their service, I contacted them several times but, now they just keep on saying they will come back to me but , no feedback either.

A Nightmare!!!
On 6 Aug. 2024 I paid for two single bedsets with firm foam mattresses but with an added top layer of ‘egg-crate’ foam on both sides for a firm yet softer feel. Delivery costs of R 750 was included for a 180km delivery. Understanding that it is a special order and would have to be built by the factory. On 5 September two low quality (sagging after three weeks) unbranded beds were delivered. Questioning this, they admitted that it was an incorrect delivery but I should use them in the meantime as we had visitors arriving that day. On 25 September I phoned and was told the correct mattresses had arrived and would be delivered. On 4 October, nine days after being promised delivery and TWO MONTHS after paying for my order I have now asked for a full re-fund. On 7 October I was contacted and asked if I could arrange to return the incorrect beds and pick up the correct beds. For an order of almost R 10 grand I feel of no value to Good Knight bedding. This after being extremely happy with a previous mattress bought from the Nelspruit branch. (I live in Willowmore).

I am SO sorry I did not check the reviews befor dealing with this organisation!
My parents are aging and in poor health and I needed to buy them 3/4 beds to get them comfortable as soon as possible after a cross country move. We gave Good Knight Bedding George our hard earned money based on our interaction with the very charming sales rep Megan. Since then it has been one unpleasant experience after another and MANY broken promises. Nothing happens unless I constantly follow up. Their customer service is shocking! In the midst of all the frustration, I went into Dial a Bed George, bought mattresses - which were delivered less than 24 hours later! However, the bases and headboards from Good Knight (that I could not cancel due to customisation and small print was delivered 21 days later.) So, I eventually got my parents settled 21 days later! NOW, 16 working days later (and counting) after asking for a refund for the mattresses - I am STILL waiting for the refund and I'm told they are closing for the holidays! Stay away. This company is not worth your time, energy you will have to expend dealing with them or hard earned money.
