Most money I ever wasted. Got a "top of the range" bed. Kingsize extra length Natureform/pampertop 140kgs p/p with a 25 years Warranty. a Very clever Richard person convinced us AFTER I told him that I think the bed is to soft to buy it. The 1 that I wanted (firm) they did not have in stock. We have being using it for 6 months and for the past six months we stand up every morning with a broken back. We complained and eventually the "new" manager Juandre said no problem he will fix it. Took the mattress, ripped of the pampertop and put in a firmer memory foam. Nothing changed and I paid a fortune on a bed that is killing us. This bed was bought at the George branch that closed according to Jaundre.

Paid to much on my account. Trying to get a refund back from them. 3 Weeks now and every mail I get back from them tells me wait 7-14 working days. 2 weeks ago got a mail 7-14 days. Got a mail again today on the 27th. 7-14 days. Only way to communicate with refund dep is with email. My contract is running for 20 years with Vodacom.
