They received my order from Takealot 5 days ago. Reason for no delivery: ‘Courier Delay’. What a hopeless company!! Is there any hope for this company? And yes haha… is there any hope that I will receive the package?
Not Yet Shipped. This seems to be standard practise now as Takealot suppliers are unable to supply. My last order took two weeks longer than indicated and now my latest order seems to be going the same way.
The Wall Cladding, Ceilings and Flooring offered by Camfly Decor Centre are absolutely worth looking at. The service is brilliant and you can sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee. Thank You Coenie van Tonder for your efficient help.
My wife has been stripped of money by the Platinum Life side company Isabella Garcia. Let alone the continual increase in monthly policy fees as a result of her not being able to communicate and understand the complexity of the communication (which their agents can clearly pick up during the conversation) due to a mental health condition. For PL and their side company it’s just one thing - all about money.
Diener’s Auto in Mossel Bay is the place to go. Their knowledge and approach to mechanics is far above average, with dedicated technicians. So often auto workshops leave you with regret but this is one shop that is thorough all round. They are on the cutting edge with workshop management and customer feedback.
On 6 Aug. 2024 I paid for two single bedsets with firm foam mattresses but with an added top layer of ‘egg-crate’ foam on both sides for a firm yet softer feel. Delivery costs of R 750 was included for a 180km delivery. Understanding that it is a special order and would have to be built by the factory. On 5 September two low quality (sagging after three weeks) unbranded beds were delivered. Questioning this, they admitted that it was an incorrect delivery but I should use them in the meantime as we had visitors arriving that day. On 25 September I phoned and was told the correct mattresses had arrived and would be delivered. On 4 October, nine days after being promised delivery and TWO MONTHS after paying for my order I have now asked for a full re-fund. On 7 October I was contacted and asked if I could arrange to return the incorrect beds and pick up the correct beds. For an order of almost R 10 grand I feel of no value to Good Knight bedding. This after being extremely happy with a previous mattress bought from the Nelspruit branch. (I live in Willowmore).
In dealing with Amazon in the UK and US I can not think of any time I would have needed to post a negative review. Sadly Amazon.co.za has dissapointed me, probably due to a third party seller on not themselves. But at the end of the day I am still sitting with a wrong item delivered worth less than half the value of the ordered item. After numerous back and forth messaging there is no arrangement for the return of the incorrect item (floor mop instead of electric blanket) let alone a refund of my money. Their e-mail is a donotreply address.
Supreme Org is a third party supplier listed on Amazon.co.za. I ordered a queen size electric blanket and received a Floorwiz Mop system. To try and communicate with them for a positive result is like banging your head against a brick wall. If you see this supplier on any online order platform, run away from it....They apparently 'cancelled' my order because they could not deliver at the advertised price. As for my money... it's lost somewhere between them and Amazond.co.za.

A pick up for return of a *****t sink, that developed a crack after a month, has now been re-scheduled for five days in a row, in other words a whole week. Talk about chaos and inefficiency!!!
