Dont buy

Most money I ever wasted. Got a "top of the range" bed. Kingsize extra length Natureform/pampertop 140kgs p/p with a 25 years Warranty. a Very clever Richard person convinced us AFTER I told him that I think the bed is to soft to buy it. The 1 that I wanted (firm) they did not have in stock. We have being using it for 6 months and for the past six months we stand up every morning with a broken back. We complained and eventually the "new" manager Juandre said no problem he will fix it. Took the mattress, ripped of the pampertop and put in a firmer memory foam. Nothing changed and I paid a fortune on a bed that is killing us.
