I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Goodfind Properties/Communicare/Avril Sampson (property manager). My rental deposit, which was due for refund on 13 July, has still not been paid despite numerous follow-ups and repeated assurances.
I have now had to escalate the matter to the Rental Housing Tribunal due to the Goodfind Property continued non-compliance. Communication has been poor, deadlines have been ignored, and I have not received proof of payment or a clear resolution.
This experience has caused unnecessary frustration and financial stress. I strongly urge prospective tenants to exercise caution when dealing with this agency.
Desired outcome: Immediate refund of my rental deposit with proof of payment.
