1) Initially the assistance from Charles was very helpful but thereafter the delay was up to a week later. 2) Unprofessional, people not helpful at all. 3) I asked if we could sell back our inverter, they responded yes, that I must contact a certain mobile number that was never working. Eventually was told that we have to contact our installer to buy it back. 4) We now have a new inverter so I have unsubscribed to the Goodwe emails which still continue coming through. What an annoying company to deal with!
