Thanks for the fast and efficiant installation,the team through plexus were always in contact with us step by step it looks so nice im looking forward to experiencing the cost savings and a return on my investment.very user friendly i would recommend Goodwe and Plexus to anyone

I would like to give a big thanks to Goodwe and the Plexus team for my Solar installation they have been professional and helpful from start to finish there was a few hick ups along the way but with the help of Francois at Plexus we were able to over come all obstacles thank team I am grateful And a special thank u to the technical team that supported us trough the entire process

Poor technical support and no accountability We contacted Goodwe for firmware updates on an inverter. I sat on site for 6 hours constantly having to request feedback from tech support. Calls and WhatsApp messages. One update kept failing. It was suggested we leave the inverter on line in order to try and update overnight. This morning I requested feedback. I was told that the inverter had disconnected from WiFi during the night. That means update failed. Since this happened, the inverter refuses to connect to the WiFi again. Support now blames the WiFi (even when all other devices are still working on the same WiFi ) The sequence of events points toward an issue caused while trying to force the update. Dealing with this business is truly exhausting. My client now has no access to his plant and no solution offered at all by Goodwe. If you want feedback from support, you will have to message constantly and phone constantly. They do not take the initiative to update you. The attitude stinks…Goodwe South Africa, you are not doing us a favor. We refrained from using your product in 20teens already. Now I’m having to deal with it again, and since then nothing has changed. I’m advising my client to escalate the matter as well.

Our Goodwe inverter has given us trouble from the start (6years). In the last few months the tech team had us change cables and ports, meters, more cables, and then they do software updates and tests after weeks without your knowledge which messes up the system even more and draining the batteries completely. Buy something else.

1) Initially the assistance from Charles was very helpful but thereafter the delay was up to a week later. 2) Unprofessional, people not helpful at all. 3) I asked if we could sell back our inverter, they responded yes, that I must contact a certain mobile number that was never working. Eventually was told that we have to contact our installer to buy it back. 4) We now have a new inverter so I have unsubscribed to the Goodwe emails which still continue coming through. What an annoying company to deal with!

Wow, talk about inefficient and evading responsibility. You should be ashamed of the way you do business. Please do not even consider doing business with this company , it will end in tears. Negative stars more appropriate for them
