Wow, talk about inefficient and evading responsibility. You should be ashamed of the way you do business. Please do not even consider doing business with this company , it will end in tears. Negative stars more appropriate for them
Where to begin ? Totally incompetency probably sums up my view of a company that blames their contractors and even clients , before even attempting to sort out their own mistakes. extremely disappointed.
Between vumatel and mweb, no fibre. 5 weeks later. No feedback, no help. Feeling hopeless.
After a long and mostly good relationship, now when things are tough on their clients BSmart takes a horrible stand , and shows a poor attitude towards clients in need of assistance. I have decided to give up our BSmart account, but do you think i can cancel it ? No one replies to emails, phone just rings , so how does one cancel your account ? POOR POOR
Fraud. Swipe machine monies missing. FNB don't care or respond. Fraud.Fraud.
I placed an order 25 May. Paid and delivery scheduled for 1 June 2018. Nothing thus far except excuses and blame shifting . I do not need more apologies, i need solutions. Ronel , the " team leader" on the floor refused that i speak with a manager, and proceeded to put me on hold for 20 mins. Well done Ronel, you have just optimized what Takealot has become. A company with fancy e-mails and website, and no customer care and service. I await my order - everyday this week i have been promised delivery. If i could you would get minus 5 stars. Poor poor and then some more poor.
The laundry mixed our laundry, and we ended up with pink(instead of white) uniforms. owner told me it's my fault for expecting them to do work that quickly( i handed in Friday afternoon, and collected Monday morning). Never apologized , and told me to take my business somewhere else, which i did. Arrogant and very rude. Anyways, just a heads up people... as you can see, he sorts his problems by asking the people to take their business somewhere else. Pretty sad ...
Even though there is loadshedding, this store keeps the customers happy, and the value for money is outstanding. Thank you guys, a pleasure coming to eat at Ocean Basket( and we are there at least 3 x month).
After a miserable experience at a different Spur the Saturday before, it was great to be treated like a valued customer by all and sundry at the Durbanville Spur. Thank you , you made the experience SUPER !!!
Not only was i treated poorly and really badly by a staff member and the assistant supervisor on Saturday morning, but when shopping at D'ville PnP , the cashier made me feel like i was useless and worthless for asking a question about Super Shopper. As for the Super Shopper Call Centre , they could not answer my questions either on saturday, and i still await Quinten's feedback today. Pick n Pay, do you want me to shop with you, or am i an interuption for your staff ? Really upsetting treatment.
