I paid a deposit and sent a cancelation letter on 28th Dec 2022, 5days later, then they penalized me R1800 of the initial R12000 I paid. I was told that it's bank charges, and j told them it's impossible, then the 2nd time around i was told its t&c on website which i was not Made aware of or explained to me when i paid. Anyways these t and c are in contravention of the consumer act. Highlighted this to them but nothing was done.
Sent emails, and sms's and told that they can only respond when finance responds. Today the 28th of Feb 2023 still waiting.
Tomorrow I'm lodging a formal complaint with with the consumer council.
