Consulted with a rude Manager with the wrong attitude.

Menu looks great but I'll never support a restaurant like this that has no value for their clients. She sounded irritated and angry from the first conversation which was due to a few menu option queries. Carol suggested a few other restaurants in the vicinity of Clarens. She was kind to do so but very rude and abrupt.

I had the right to ask whether she may accommodate two family members who are vegetarian with a special Christmas dish. Her reply was that she owns a Portuguese restaurant with a small kitchen.

The bottom line is that Carol's customer liaison s****s is pathetic. She banks on the fact that there are not too many restaurants in Clarens and that she doesn't have to care about people if she will be busy in the week of Christmas
