As long-standing members of the ATKV and loyal visitors to Goudini for more than 20 years, we feel compelled to raise serious concerns about the steady decline we have noticed in the care and upkeep of the resort. We have been members for the past 14 years, and while some units have indeed been upgraded, the main attraction—the pools—have been increasingly neglected.
During our recent visits, we noted the following issues:
The pool water is consistently murky. Several tiles are chipped, leaving dangerously sharp edges. Both my wife and my son sustained injuries to their toes as a result of the sharp edges in and around the pool areas. The baby pool pump was not working, resulting in no warm water being circulated. This was the coldest the lower pool has been in all my years visiting Goudini Spa The baby pool’s edges were mouldy.
Furthermore, the standard of cleaning services has dropped noticeably. We had to request cleaning on the third day of our five-day stay. And even then, the beds were not made, the floors were not mopped, and the bathroom was not cleaned
We trust that ATKV will take these concerns seriously and will do their utmost to address them accordingly. We remain committed supporters of ATKV and hope to see Goudini restored to the high standards that made it a premier family destination in the past for our family.
