I bought a VW T-Cross on the 29th of November 2024. After a week of purchasing the vehicle, I discovered that the aircon was not working and the wipers washer tank was leaking with a missing pipe and also not working. On the 4th of January 2025 while fueling up, the petrol gushed out of the vehicle, underneath and the vehicle could not drive. I took it for repairs, and it was discovered that there's a big dent underneath the car and the petrol tank pipes were worn off. On the previous week while putting on tyres, there was a side of the car which was bent which made the installation difficult. The pipe that connects to the wipers water tank washer was missing and only sent to me via Postnet in December. The driver's seat has a hole and there's paint chip on the driver's door as well. The driver's door makes a whistling sound when driving. The bonnet of the car is a mess, it's not intact and makes a noise when driving. There's missing tubing and battery holder. I took the vehicle to VW for diagnostics and them discovered a lot of things that are wrong with the vehicle and now the dealership is refusing to cover the costs and telling me to use warranty. The total costs for everything that needs to be fixed is ~R64000 and they are saying I must use warranty. How do I use warranty for issues that they were aware of and just never transparent about. They are telling me to go to Ombudsmen knowing very well that I will not get assistance anytime soon. I'm now stuck with a vehicle that's unsafe for me and paying a huge instalment for it. I have been fixing one issue after the other ever since I got the vehicle.

Do not buy a vehicle from GP COMBRINK MOTORS especially the one from Krugersdorp. They are not helpfull on the after sale. Their vehicles have endless problems. They do not want to take any responsibility if there is problems with the vehicle and the owner as well as the manager has lots of excuses and lies. They even mistreats their clients and swears at them. We are currently busy with MFC to have the vehicle returned and cancel the deal. On test drive the vehicles engine light was on and they promised to have it sorted. The day after we got the vehicle its problems started revealing. After 4 months we bought the vehicle the vehicle was out of the 4 months 3 months in their possession for repairs. It only lasted 3 days and the vehicle is broken again. The vehicle returned from their machanic damaged on the left front bumper and door and didn't also want to take responsibility for that. They send the vehicles to machanics that claims they are registered with RMI which is not true as we confirmed that the machanics they used was already removed from RMI's database a year ago. Stories of what was told they have done to the vehicle to get it sorted was a lie. Machanics confirmed. They sended the vehicle to have the catalytic converter removed and they only bypassed the system not to show the faults anymore. This was all revealed when the turbo packed up a week after it returned from the so called removal of the catalytic converter. It took them almost 7 weeks to have the turbo replaced which only lasted 3 days. But their lies has caught up with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE AS YOU WILL ONLY GET ATTITUDE, LIES AND MISTREAT
