Why does hellopeter.com remove bad reviews of *****ulent clients and ****mers. We are reviewing people as per ou experience and then removed how can this be?

Very unhappy. Whether you do in-store purchases or online purchase and request delivery you don't receive it on the pre-booked date either by manual booking in-store or online date selection. There is always a story of no trucks available they don't call you to inform you that there is an unforseen event you have to call and listen to the excuses. They are cheaper than most stores but to have workers come in for the day and wait for material to arrive that doesn't show, doesn't make it worth the cheaper price plus the rates of workers to have stuff delivered when they feel like it. Then I will rather go to another supplier pay a bit more and but atleast I will have my stuff on time. I am not being pittt about a once off event. This is so far each and every order I requested to be delivered that doesn't get delivered on the date booked.
Excellent service from Phumla Ngcobo. I've been using Vumatel and Home-connect since fibre was available in my area. In the past 4 years it is the first time I had experienced my service down. Logged a call at home connect the afternoon when discovered the line is down within 6 hours my service was restored and fixed. Phumla Ngcobo and Vumatel sorted this issue without any struggle. Thanks for the great service and keep up the good work.
I have ordered and paid for two 8 bit tv game remote controls. It was suppose to be delivered by 25 April 2022. Delivery took place on 9 May 2022. When I opened the parcel. I only received one remote control. Tried calling no answer except for that irritating voice saying thank you for calling manicaa.com. they don't reply to emails or their "live" chat. I will never use or recommend this useless company.
Clicks and their legal team have absolutely no care in the world regarding their customers. Doctors prescription says take half and night. Clicks goldman crossing florida roodepoort gauteng indicated take 2 tablets at night almost causing my mother's life. Luckily we picked up the problem quickly. Costing my mother unnecessary doctors fees, blood test and taking unnecessary medication all because Clicks did not follow prescription instructions. It took them 4 months to have the instructions printed on their labels to be fixed. What if my mother was under nursing care following the instructions on the label? We then claimed the monies paid for the unnecessary medical expenses. Clicks didn't even offer half of what was paid or trying to settle the matter in good faith. They will send communication with deadlines stating if no response is received the matter will be solved and closed. when you send communication with almost two week deadlines they don't even bother to reply with a response. Eventually they will reply feedback will be provided by end of week. I am not sure how long clicks and their legal teams weeks are but you will be lucky to have a response maybe 2 weeks after the origanal deadline given. They are very unprofessional and do not have a care in the world about it's customers.
Lucien Chetty was a huge help. Very professional. Helpful and a great asset to the company. Usually when I have a problem some agents will just try to make it short and don't do any effort. Lucien Chetty took hours out of his day to assit until we reach to root cause. I was patient and took it from a side and worked it through all the way. We have ordered a Camera online with Game stores on black friday 29/11/2019. We received a confirmation email with our order number and that the delivery will take place within 7 to 10 business days. On the 8th of December 2019 we received a SMS and Email stating the parcel was handed over to the courier service which was Dawn Wing. On Thursday 12 December 2019 we spoke to Dawn Wing trying to locate the parcel and to find out when the parcel will be delivered. Dawn Wing didn't have any knowledge of this parcel on their system. We phoned Game stores again trying to get the tracking number to assist Dawn Wing with the tracking of the parcel. Game stores couldn't even provide us with a tracking number only with a order number. When they trief phoning Dawn Wing the cant get a hold of them when we phone Dawn Wing we are on hold less than a minute the we speak to a consultant. This back and forth carried on until 17 December 2019 which they were trying to get the manifest where Dawn Wing signed for the parcel but Game couldn't even get the manifest which ment to us they didn't dispatch the parcel to the courier company. We then decided to cancel the order and let them refund our RCS Game account as they have passed their deadline of 7 to 10 business days and we still haven't received the parcel neither was there anything tracking of this parcel. Only Game stores can see the order with their order number but they don't have any evidence to support their claim of the parcel being handed over to the courier. The cancelation will take 3 to 5 business days and our account will be credited with the refund. Which will then supposedly be the 24th of December 2019. We have dealt with Navier through this whole process and frustration to no avail. On Friday 27 December 2019 we phoned Game stores once again to find out whats happening to our account and why it has not been credited as yet. This time Alex assisted us and they will phone us back....still waiting for that call. On 28 December 2019. We received an email claiming the parcel was delivered to us. Which is not true and we haven't received anything and we instructed them to cancel the order on the 17th of December 2019 already. On Monday 30 December 2019 we spoke to Navier again regarding our account that hasn't been credited and that we received an email claiming the parcel has been delivered which was not the case and we canceled the order. They will not let you speak to the manager in the online stores support department. The Manager is always busy with other escalations and will come back to you which they never do. We've had the worst experience with Game stores, Navier and their Management. No one is willing to help and they are quick to take your money for the sale but extremely poor in customer support after the sale. Apparently they got the manifest and are trying to get in touch with the courier to confirm the parcel is still with them but they don't gat hold of the courier. So they say. Then they will do an investigation into the matter and then will we be refunded. In the mean while RCS is charging us interest on the purchase we made. Game stores online or instore will never see us again. I will rather pay more money at another place that using game again. Very unhappy with Game stores
