I bought a hoverboard for my daughter for Christmas and 6 DAYS later it stopped working. Reached out to the company and they advised they cannot do exchanges or refunds on electric items. I have been emailing, sent messages on Facebook and via their website, but have not received one single response to any of them. I paid R2000 for a hoverboard that my daughter was able to use for 6 days and never again. Only for them to tell me they cannot help me!? Absolutely *******. I know many resellers that buy from this company and I will be warning everybody!
