Broken hoverboard and heart!
I bought a hoverboard for my daughter for Christmas and 6 DAYS later it stopped working. Reached out to the company and they advised they cannot do exchanges or refunds on electric items. I have been emailing, sent messages on Facebook and via their website, but have not received one single response to any of them. I paid R2000 for a hoverboard that my daughter was able to use for 6 days and never again. Only for them to tell me they cannot help me!? Absolutely *******. I know many resellers that buy from this company and I will be warning everybody!

Disgusting behaviour and workmanship from owner
We paid almost 10k to have a Jeep head fixed (welded). They kept making empty promises that it will be done the next day, every day for 2 weeks. Owner does not answer his phone EVER! Finally, upon collection, noticed that they had done such a bad job, my 7 year old could have literally done a better job! When the concern was brought to his attention, he started shouting and insulting me, saying that I opted for the cheap route (which, by the way, was recommended by HIM) instead of replacing the whole head! He claims it's the cheap route, because 10K is what he gives his kids for tuckshop. Clearly he doesn't need the business then. He came right up in my face that our noses were almost touching, trying to intimidate me and then told his wife to refund me because he is keeping my cylinder head, at which point I told him not to. This is the most disgusting "service" I have ever received and I will tell everybody about this disgusting excuse of a human who is so common! I will most definitely be taking this further. This man should NOT be running a business, surprised it's still around!

****!! I made an immediate payment as requested by Morgan Peterson, delivery was scheduled for the next day (Friday) and guess what.. "their delivery truck broke down" so it's now Tuesday and it was supposed to be delivered this morning. Keep saying the driver is almost here, but nothing comes. They have been ignoring my messages and calls. **** alert. I will be taking this further, and making sure I let everybody know across all social media platforms that it's a ****!

Awesome company and great service
Great company to have any type of cover with! I've received loads of vouchers and freebies from them over the past year that I've ha cover with them and the consultants are super friendly and go out of their way to keep clients satisfied
