Seldom do you travel 50km to a dealership for what you think is a big cost vehicle problem and the owners explore the problem, find a solution, fix immediately and instead of just charging and replacing, find the actual source and fix at half the expected and quoted cost. TOP CLASS SERVICE

I purchased an expensive ECU for my Jeep, and the agent assured me it was a plug-and-play unit. However, when I got home, it didn't work. I was informed by the company that second-hand electronics don't come with a warranty, but this ECU didn’t work from the beginning. I took it to a company specializing in ECU repairs on the same day, and they told me it couldn't even be fixed. I'm convinced that advertising a product as working and selling it as such, when it doesn't work at all, is against the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of 2008.

We paid almost 10k to have a Jeep head fixed (welded). They kept making empty promises that it will be done the next day, every day for 2 weeks. Owner does not answer his phone EVER! Finally, upon collection, noticed that they had done such a bad job, my 7 year old could have literally done a better job! When the concern was brought to his attention, he started shouting and insulting me, saying that I opted for the cheap route (which, by the way, was recommended by HIM) instead of replacing the whole head! He claims it's the cheap route, because 10K is what he gives his kids for tuckshop. Clearly he doesn't need the business then. He came right up in my face that our noses were almost touching, trying to intimidate me and then told his wife to refund me because he is keeping my cylinder head, at which point I told him not to. This is the most disgusting "service" I have ever received and I will tell everybody about this disgusting excuse of a human who is so common! I will most definitely be taking this further. This man should NOT be running a business, surprised it's still around!

I got the information from someone who had the same car as me. I went to buy a replacement window which went well. I then thought to give them a chance in looking at my car, they suggested replacement of crank and cam sensor and eventually damaged my car's alternator and battery which I had to replace. The company is horrible and they take no ownership over their work or failure. Dont waste your money at this place.

Owner needs to learn how to speak to his clients. (Shouts at his clients.) Here is my story: My dad, who is not from Cape Town, drove 400 km to go see him after months of asking him to send my dad the part he needed. He gave my dad the wrong part from the start with a broken clip, but gave my dad a 3 month guarantee to test the part. On multiple times my dad told him that the part was wrong after my dad gave him the vehicle specs, but my dad got no reply. I visited my dad recently and told him that i will take the part back to Jeep Zone and hear what they say. I visited them today and from the start the owner was shouting at me, telling me how can i bring back the unit after a few months. I told him not to shout at me and tried to explain to him that he gave us 3 months guarantee when we bought it, his reply was, "he never agreed or signed for that". So i told him that this is unacceptable and i will report him to HelloPeter. He then got cross and shouted even more after i told him not to shout at me. He kept on shouting! I told him to F#$% off. Whiles i was walking back to my vehicle he got very upset and shouted some more stuff and showed me hand signs, that indicated that he will shoot me. Worst of all is whiles i was driving out of the yard, his little kid, i will say 8 or 9 years old gave me the finger. PS... this all happened in front of other clients as well. To round it off, they don't have sanitizer when entering the office and most of them did not wear any masks.

With the older Jeep models parts becoming less easily available, when I needed some parts recently to keep my 2001 Grand Cherokee 4.7 V8 running, the owner Kamraan was able to provide what I was looking in less than 30 minutes. Yes, some are used parts, but very often a good used part is all that is needed to keep your vehicle running at a reasonable expense. Up to now, I can only give positive comments on this business' service.
