I placed an order (#14462) in July 2021. Received the below response in August.
“Hi troy, Sincere apologies for the extreme delays. I will do a follow up with our finance team as to the progress refunds. Once I have feedback, I will revert. Kind regards, Coburn” I have never received my goods, after many months, they offered me a store credit which I refused as I had found a similar deal from another provider and requested a refund.
