Terrible service

Terrible service!

Ordered parts on Friday the 12th of July, they invoiced on Monday the 15th of July, and STILL my parts are not delivered! I am going to lose a client because of this. The worst part is that there is no way to get in contact with there so called "CDC" to hear what the problem is.

Happens all the time, VERY un-reliable!
