No Security or Control at Grandwest

Dear Grandwest

Yesterday my husband and I went on a date night and chose GW as our location

Upon entering your establishment there was large groups of younger standing everywhere some where so drunk that they couldn't walk straight, shouting and swearing, there was vomit on the walkway🤢 and youngsters kissing and being explicit

No security on-site to take control, I used to think GW was a safe site to visit, but after last night I am convinced you have lost control of your property and it's standards.

When leaving, what looked like a group of primary school children where so drunk, fighting and broke the glass at the pay station with absolutely no security taking control

Your quality has really gone down the tube
