I celebrated by 40th Birthday on the 30th May 2025, I went to woolworths for my whole outfit as I was looking for quality, while celebrating at my party the wire of the bra started coming out and was scratching me the whole evening, I am sure you can imagine the discomfort and pain I was experiencing. It my first time purchasing a padded bra and the experience was terrible, the Woolworths quality I was looking for failed me completely Very disappointed and on my special day
Dear Grandwest Yesterday my husband and I went on a date night and chose GW as our location Upon entering your establishment there was large groups of younger standing everywhere some where so drunk that they couldn't walk straight, shouting and swearing, there was vomit on the walkway🤢 and youngsters kissing and being explicit No security on-site to take control, I used to think GW was a safe site to visit, but after last night I am convinced you have lost control of your property and it's standards. When leaving, what looked like a group of primary school children where so drunk, fighting and broke the glass at the pay station with absolutely no security taking control Your quality has really gone down the tube
This bank that I have spoken so highly of for years has really disappointed me as a loyal customer..................Why is FNB the last place I can turn to for support and loyalty in return?????? As of today I will never recommend you to another person I would rather tell them of the lack of service quality and double standards.
Dear FNB According to the lady by the name of Caroline I did not ear ebucks for February 2025 because my Home loan account is not in good standing. This happened in the month of November 2024 for the same reason and it was found to be a FNB error Could I please have this error sorted out, FNB is really failing me.
FNB Home Loans debited my bond payment late and now I am having to phone around to fix all my accounts that have been affected by their error. I send an email to their care division and I am still waiting for a reply. Why is this FNB error affecting me, it better not affect my credit score and why was there no communication sent out to say they apologies and they working on correcting the issue????? you have dropped the ball FNB Home Loans

I took out comprehensive insurance with Santam and when I tried to process a claim I was told I am not covered for accidentals. insurance is there to cover accidents how could I not be covered for this under comprehensive cover. I am seriously disappointed and would not recommend your service to anyone
On Saturday the 24th of August 2024 the security at Pick n Pay n1 city swore the P word to my husband infront of my children. This women was so rude. Your security team are killing your reputation.
I am sitting on day 11 of struggling to get my Vodacom Fiber line released. I am not being told the error is at Vuma and I must call them for assistance. Not I have to do the running around to get my line released. Vodacom was my worst mistake, I should have never left my previous service provider. Your service has been nothing short of pathetic, I have spent so much money during this time for data all because of your failure to provide a proper service.
