Perhaps I was unlucky to receive this outcome but please check the job before paying in full. At these prices one would expect an immaculate job. Instead rather pay half price and get the same elsewhere. Had to call them back to fix misaligned joins, stained underside etc. Which I only noticed on close inspection a few days later. Apparently not scrutinising in full on same day renders complaints “unethical” (per Owner!)Two chips clearly patched are in a visible join. Owner (if he is that) claims one of my contractors did that. Sure we are ALL granite specialists so we ALL know how to patch and grind and polish and whatever else needs to be done. And to date no written guarantee or warrantee given. Be sure to ask for one and get a certificate of origin as I doubt this product is any different quality to the other PMB competitors. Will not recommend Granite Gallery at all. Rather use DBN or JHB service providers. Anyone welcome to contact me to view workmanship or for any info of this experience. As to be expected the owner will have his defensive version. Truth is in the actual viewing! The positive comment is reserved for the staff who really tried their best so thank you to them. Mr Pullen Senior might have built a great business and reputation - sadly this is not upheld! The current owner could have handled this better than being accusatory without bothering to check for himself - there is no way anyone could have sealed that chip damage without having actually fitted the tops in the first place. And he would do well to note he isn't doing his customers any favours, we actually pay for a deliverable and service.
