Dear selfish Annika
Those people are the biggest rogues a Liars in the granite industry....They refuse for me to resign...even thow I was put on short time just after the 1st lockdown to work 2 weeks a month...thet paid works short with the money given by the government for the ters....Still had to beg them to assist us. ..They made us lie when a worker died at the factory after been hit with a 30ton block...just so that the powers that be didn't find out the there was no safety equipment around,No helmets,they still said if we tell the truth "We are the 1s that will lose our jobs not them"

Crooked Granite Gallery gets staff member to write positive reviews on their site.
As a follow up to my previous negative review, this company got one of their staff to post a counter review on their FB page on how amazing her experience was and how highly she recommends them. This is shameless. We post honest reviews and warn people of our experience so they don’t fall victim to same and unscrupulous businesses like this try harder to lie and deceive people. I would definitely not recommend Granite Gallery - shameless, bad service, poor Workmanship, no written warranty/guarantee to date and I hear we are buying stock that is available from the cheaper guys down the road. We are not getting our money’s worth!!!!

Terrible service from owner once fault found which he denied responsibility for!
Perhaps I was unlucky to receive this outcome but please check the job before paying in full. At these prices one would expect an immaculate job. Instead rather pay half price and get the same elsewhere. Had to call them back to fix misaligned joins, stained underside etc. Which I only noticed on close inspection a few days later. Apparently not scrutinising in full on same day renders complaints “unethical” (per Owner!)Two chips clearly patched are in a visible join. Owner (if he is that) claims one of my contractors did that. Sure we are ALL granite specialists so we ALL know how to patch and grind and polish and whatever else needs to be done. And to date no written guarantee or warrantee given. Be sure to ask for one and get a certificate of origin as I doubt this product is any different quality to the other PMB competitors. Will not recommend Granite Gallery at all. Rather use DBN or JHB service providers. Anyone welcome to contact me to view workmanship or for any info of this experience. As to be expected the owner will have his defensive version. Truth is in the actual viewing! The positive comment is reserved for the staff who really tried their best so thank you to them. Mr Pullen Senior might have built a great business and reputation - sadly this is not upheld! The current owner could have handled this better than being accusatory without bothering to check for himself - there is no way anyone could have sealed that chip damage without having actually fitted the tops in the first place. And he would do well to note he isn't doing his customers any favours, we actually pay for a deliverable and service.

Excellent service from Granite Gallery Pmb
Short note to say Thank you to Vikash and team at Granite Gallery. We did business many years ago and very recent at our new place. Good quality, excellent service on time. Big thanks to installation guys as well, pleasant and friendly. Highly recommended
