They don't even deserve 1 star! I don't believe Isuzu SA cares and after reading the other reviews I see I should have checked BEFORE purchasing the vehicle. Almost 8 months of back and forth to one of the worst dealerships in Pietermaritzburg. The battery keeps draining flat and I keep buying new batteries but they never find the root cause and have just randomly made guesses on the problem. Now that I escalated to head Office, I am told via a call centre agent that I must monitor vehicle as I had an incorrect spec battery. The battery was not incorrect spec! I go from head Office then back to the *********** dealership team and now an After Sales Manager who never bothered to call or learn what the issue is. As we can see no response from Isuzu to our complaints so we waste our time complaining. Just don't buy the brand!!
Took car for service on 12/11/2024. Service agent gave no updates, there was so much confusion for pick up (they had someone else's address)yet they dropped me off. There was no express service as it ended up taking a whole day. I arrived and asked Service Manager to open engine and show me what was done. He was not expecting that as my engine was filthy and he claimed his washer is broken and would cost R10k to fix so they steam washed. It didnt even look wiped! Further, they had someone else's details and could not tell me how a demo model bought from a Toyota dealer had another persons details plus address on it! I am still waiting for confirmation of details being updated and information from the place I purchased on why it had another person's details. Did they sell me a pre owned disguised as demo?? Was a proper service done? Why was I charged in full if they couldnt even do a wash of engine as would have been the case? Tried calling call centre with no luck. Finally got another person at Toyota to take my details down but still no response. I would NEVER recommend Toyota! I will escalate to Ombudsman
Beware of this person Liberty Muchena posing as Plumber and Building Contractor. He took on a painting, tiling and bathroom renovation job. Besides the mess and damages to my garage floor (they dumped rubble and gouged this floor they were not even supposed to do any work on), he placed a P trap on a new sink where an s trap should have been used, painting was a disaster, no proper cutting, tiles were broken and just tiled in on walls and floor and further damages by his team dropping drills etc on it in visible walk areas, no cover of the expensive tiles so they constantly ground dirt and rubble into the surface which is now scratched, taps are leaking, curtain rails bent and *****ed. I could go on. This is not a trustworthy or reliable or qualified plumber or contractor. He is dishonest and brings in unqualified tilers etc he picks up elsewhere. He was never on site to supervise. Does work in Howick, Oak Park PMB, Sakabula estate etc. Avoid him at all costs!!
I am not a Vodacom customer yet Vodacom or a *****ster through Vodacom has taken off money from my account through unauthorised debit orders. Reference as follows: VODACOM 0406801920 I8979199 and VODACOM 0408558895 I8979199. I reported this to Vodacom's ***** division however their auto response is that they will take 14 days to respond. In the meantime money is going off my account everyday!! No one is assisting at Vodacom!!
Not even worth one star! I am a Private Banking client and pay a fortune in fees yet I get terrible service. ***** on my account 3 times, more recently this month. I am NOT a vodacom client yet a debit order goes off my account. 2 weeks later and I still need to tell Nedbank what to check. I am told no debit order, then yes there is a debit order, debicehecks are a must, then no debicheck required! I am advised to go to Vodacom and "cancel my account" (when I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT THERE) and now contact Vodacom and report *****. Yet Nedbank allowed the debit order to go off. When I asked them to check who authorised debit order I am now told not all debit orders are authorised so ANYONE can load a debit order and take money off our accounts. This is a useless inefficient sorry excuse for a bank. I suggest best thing is to change to a bank less useless than Nedbank! Not worth escalating as they send you back to the bankers who cannot help!
Not even worth one star! I gave Vox 60 days notice to cancel (was misinformed by call centre agent as only required to give 30 days). I received cancellation notice saying services will end 1 May. I received an invoice to pay 1st April which I did. Vox cancels me on 2 April. I have phoned (they hardly answer and when they do they cut you off or place on hold indefinitely), I messaged on FB, and I emailed. Still no response. I asked for services to be restored or to refund me! Vox is the worst. Its almost Day 4 and no resolution let alone response. Please steer clear and never take a contract with VOX. I still wait for help on reference VOX20785812!! They have effectively ****** my money as at now with no service and premium taken.
