<p>I placed an order on Monday the 26th September and on the site it states 10-15 working days for delivery which is odd as GG work through Take a Lot which has a far quicker turn around and have always surpassed my expectations. </p> <p>I received no updates nor any correspondence and followed up twice (once to ensure payment had been received - just in case as I had had no confirmation) </p> <p>I followed up 14 days after placing the order expecting to have some idea of the time the items would be delivered the following day only to receive an emailed response that there had been a problem with the embroidery (NOTE : a standard order item - nothing bespoke - simply a standard offering !) and, as such, the order is delayed. </p> <p>No prior warning. Merely this in retrospect AFTER my email. </p> <p>I immediately requested a refund as the company is in breach of contract and the only response was a note to say that the item would be dispatched on 18th October. </p> <p>On 18th (today) I received another notification that the item had been dispatched and would now take between 2 and 5 working days to reach its destination !</p> <p>UNACCEPTABLE INEPTITUDE. Breach of contract. I want a full refund. </p>
