I have had top quality Granny Goose linen for years now. I recently decided to replace with a new set. I am disappointed for the following reasons: - All items (fitted king sheet, king duvet cover, standard pillow cases and king pillow cases) are too big. The old items fitted by bed and pillows perfectly, but the new sheet doesn't fit nice and tight and the pillows are drowning. The duvet cover is also slightly too long. I have a Granny Goose duvet, so it really should fit. - the oxford border goes all the way around the duvet cover. There is no need for it to be at the top (pillow end). This was not the case in the older items. - the duvet cover opening at the bottom is very narrow. - these items seem to crease way more easily that the older stuff. I would not buy again.

Wish I had a look at reviews before buying!! Thought it was a very good company, so when doing a linen makeover I didn’t think twice ordering from them. They are very expensive, but deliver poor quality. I ordered a extra king duvet, but received a normal king size although the tag says extra king. Feathers all ends up at one side of duvet. The mattress topper’s material is to thin… so the feathers are like needles when lying on it. And the worst…..you can complain they don’t even bother to reply.

Hands down the best linen, pillows and duvet I have ever purchased. I had not heard of Polish Goose down until I saw it in their range. It is absolutely wonderful and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Better than any pillows or duvets in any hotel I have stayed in. The customer service is also excellent and I was communicated of progress frequently by very friendly staff.

Hands down the best linen, pillows and duvet I have ever purchased. I had not heard of Polish Goose down until I saw it in their range. I bought a Granny Goose four seasons duck down duvet from @Home store in Eastrand Retail park. As this was not my first Granny Goose four seasons duvet I was certain that I was buying the best that money can buy. How disappoint it was to experience the polar opposite. I don’t know what happened with the quality of this product but on a daily basis what I experience is that each time I make my bed feathers and dust are released from the duvet leaving my bedroom furniture filthy. This forced me to clean and dust off my floors and each piece of furniture in my bedroom on a daily basis. As a person with sinus infection I feel that my well-being is compromised on a daily due to the dust caused by this duvet. I reached out to Granny Goose and was told that they have a process where they can take my duvet for assessment so that they can sew it up again. The unfortunate part was that they have a massive number of returns that need to be reworked/sewn up so they can’t advise when they’d be able to accommodate me. This leaves me in a huge predicament. Given Granny Goose product prices you’d expect to never experience such issues stemming from a below average product quality. My old duvet which could easily be 10 years old seems to be of much better quality than this new and way more over priced duvet.

For those of you who do not know of, or have not heard of Granny Goose, you have a fantastic shopping trip coming up. Open your browser and type in www.grannygoose.com and ENTER A MAGICAL KINGDOM. I have been buying GRANNY GOOSE duvets, linen, towels, baby linen and more for over 20 years. I find everything they send me, fits, is of the most amazing quality. I’ve bought at least 8 down duvets from GRANNYGOOSE. For my guest room, my bedroom (I have 2 for my bedroom, I swap them out). I have the Hungarian goose down four seasons, and the Dreamseeker Polish down duvet. I give 6 stars to the polish down duvet. You can buy any thread count that suits you. I buy the 1000 thread linen, as it’s so thick it’s almost waterproof. But YES it’s washable. I’m not that sure I’d wash a duvet, and haven’t yet had to, but look at how they say anything should be washed. I have bought pretty much everything GRANNYGOOSE sells, and even ordered baby goods for my grandchild in America. I posted it to my daughter. She said it was AMAZING. Sometimes a person I know has NOT heard of GRANNYGOOSE, and I want to ask them where their head has been buried for at least 20 years. I change my linen every day (well my housekeeper does). And the feeling of crisp sheets every night is the BEST feeling in the world. Even my pillows, all 12 of them, are down pillows. I have also bought a gorgeous blanket from them, but they do alter the availability, so this is no longer on line. But there’s hundreds of other items. Spoil yourself. <p>I placed an order on Monday the 26th September and on the site it states 10-15 working days for delivery which is odd as GG work through Take a Lot which has a far quicker turn around and have always surpassed my expectations. </p> <p>I received no updates nor any correspondence and followed up twice (once to ensure payment had been received - just in case as I had had no confirmation) </p> <p>I followed up 14 days after placing the order expecting to have some idea of the time the items would be delivered the following day only to receive an emailed response that there had been a problem with the embroidery (NOTE : a standard order item - nothing bespoke - simply a standard offering !) and, as such, the order is delayed. </p> <p>No prior warning. Merely this in retrospect AFTER my email. </p> <p>I immediately requested a refund as the company is in breach of contract and the only response was a note to say that the item would be dispatched on 18th October. </p> <p>On 18th (today) I received another notification that the item had been dispatched and would now take between 2 and 5 working days to reach its destination !</p> <p>UNACCEPTABLE INEPTITUDE. Breach of contract. I want a full refund. </p>
