MFC owes me money, their service is so pathetic. I will be writing reviews on a daily base until I get a good reason why they are *****ing from people
Sima from support treated me very disrespectful. Putting g the phone down in my ear and then again. I am going to escalate this as I am not happy with this service. I pay my account and then for no reason my fibre is shut off. I think I should cancel my subscription to them and let everyone know how useless they are
I booked my table 2 days before the time, this was my proposal dinner and they managed to loose my reservation 2 hours before the time. I feel that this place will have me tell everyone I know and more how pathetic they are. The management really doesn't have any etiquette and this will be the downfall for this place.
Worst service by far. Nobody knows how to resolve any issue and just refers you to someone else. I will not use these people ever again
A worker at springs mall (mxolisi) lies about what he said and I was so disgusted with how management handled it. I am a loyal customer and it is unfortunate that I do not want to shop there anymore
We always go to prestige and today we had the worst service ever. We are the only ones in line but no one helping us and avoiding us. Thinking of going to new metro next time
Pathetic how you have an appointment and then let you wait for over an hour in the hot car. I have a spider bite that needs attention asap and the staff in front at reception don't really care. They should know that we are paying their salaries with medical aid and so to say this is my house doctor. Very un professional and I urge people to take action as well
The worst service I've ever had and seen. We've gone to get a black Friday deal for the Samsung s7 tablet and airbuds. Everything went well, but when we had to collect it at 9:30 in the morning this all started. The sales lady just had to release it and there was a problem on their side that it had to be black airbuds but only had white. Not going to the back to check it kept in going on like this for 4 hours after they said just pop in and collect the new device. Then the '' white'' manager with the biggest attitude started to tell us we must rather do this at a different branch as we are waisting their time. I then found out he is an assistant manager and treated not just us, but most of the customers like this. I am today so angry that he will do this to his employer and customers. I really hope you get fired and let someone who deserves that job get it....
I will not recommend this product to anyone else as my product I bought is defective and they do not even bother to say we are sorry and how can they help.
We bought an expensive queen duvet inner an all the stuffing sags to the bottom and the sides. I am really not happy with what is happening. It's not even 4 months old
