Stay away!!
Terrible communication!! And once you’ve signed up they won’t cancel the debit order. They take a long time to answer the mails and then just say the ticket is closed. Don’t go there!!!!

Very disappointed
We opt for the packing service and lots of our goods weren’t wrapped at all or was badly wrapped. We suffered a lot of damage to our furniture. Gym equipment came out in drips and drabs, without wrapping and damaged. We were told that they didn’t have enough wrapping and would wrap it at the factory, which obviously never happened. We paid an enormous amount for storage and had to pay for delivery again. Badly disappointed in Stuttafords. Our children used Ellies and every single thing was properly wrapped and delivered in an excellent condition.

Bad client service
Our will was not drawn up correctly. I mailed the agent with no response. Phoned him, said he was busy and will phone back. Never did. I asked for the policy to be cancelled, was told someone will phone me regarding tbis request. They don’t pick up my husband’s id no, but the policy goes off on a debit order! This whole process has been going on for months. Debit orders go off but no response.

Ordered from them but item was never delivered. Just saying with courier but courier doesn’t even exist.

Granny Goose Overrated!!
Wish I had a look at reviews before buying!! Thought it was a very good company, so when doing a linen makeover I didn’t think twice ordering from them. They are very expensive, but deliver poor quality. I ordered a extra king duvet, but received a normal king size although the tag says extra king. Feathers all ends up at one side of duvet. The mattress topper’s material is to thin… so the feathers are like needles when lying on it. And the worst…..you can complain they don’t even bother to reply.
