Double deduction at Grasmere Toll Plaza

On the 16th of May 2024 I was travelling with my husband and daughter to Pretoria. I gave my FNB card to my daughter to pay for the toll gate - R25.50 with reference number: 74067244135132544790122. We were travelling in a white Mazda 3 with registration number CAA 116 043.

The second transaction of R25.50 was deducted also on the 16th of May 2024 with reference number: 74067244135132544682790. It is one car that the fee was deducted twice.

Kindly arrange a refund at your earliest convenience. R25.50 might not be much, but if the cashier deducts R25.50 twice from various people it amounts to an astronomical amount.

I am a pensioner and every cent counts!!!!
