Grass Factory PTA is a no no for many reasons

Shere Branch: The grass I bought from them died within a week, even after being watered enough every day. All the other grass I bought from other suppliers are still alive around the grass factory patches.

The people that work there, behind the counter and in the yard are not friendly, helpful or courteous. They treat you like they are doing you a favour for being there.
