Complaint Regarding Quality of Green Cross Shoes Dear Green Cross Team,

After much encouragement from my friends, I decided a little over a year ago to purchase my first pair of Green Cross shoes. I was initially very impressed – they are extremely comfortable and a pleasure to wear.

However, I would like to point out that these shoes have had very limited use. I only wear them to church or for special meetings. The shoes were purchased at HAPPY FEET in Vaalmall in Vanderbijlpark and have not been subjected to regular wear and tear.

To my great disappointment, just over a year later, the uppers of the shoes have started coming apart. I find this absolutely shocking, especially considering the limited use and the reputation of your brand. I honestly struggle to find the words to describe my disappointment. I would like to know how Green Cross intends to address or resolve this issue. I trust that you take pride in the quality of your products and will provide a satisfactory solution. Otherwise, this will unfortunately be the last pair of Green Cross shoes I will ever purchase. HAPPY FEET in Vaal Mall were not able to resolve this
