Poor and disgusting services from the mall at whole. We tried paying our ticket and it displayed unreadable ticket. We pressed the help button and there was no answer. The line behind us was getting even longer. When we reached the boom, we were told that we must go into the mall again and press help and they will request for a new ticket. The lady on the other line said her name was Confidence. She was not helpful at all, and she was extremely rude. May I mention that an unreadable ticket is not my fault? Why must I be inconvenienced? Also note that just yesterday I visited the mall and got another unreadable ticket. And upon reaching the boom, a lovely gentleman opened the boom when I explained to him that I have an unreadable ticket. There was no fuss, so why could I not get the same courtesy today? It makes no sense as to why I should be inconvenienced. Confidence from the help desk for the parking is rude and inconsiderate. She dropped the line on us after she said she would like to help other customers. Never will I ever stand for such service. At many malls, when there’s an unreadable ticket they open the booms, they don’t send us back inside. It’s not my fault there’s an issue with your ticket system
