Terrible service honestly. Took my son to the ER as he fell very badly and his whole nose was open. I waited for 2 hours for a doctor! No update, only 1 doctor on duty and he cannot even attend to my baby nor give us updates. I’ll never go back there again
Poor and disgusting services from the mall at whole. We tried paying our ticket and it displayed unreadable ticket. We pressed the help button and there was no answer. The line behind us was getting even longer. When we reached the boom, we were told that we must go into the mall again and press help and they will request for a new ticket. The lady on the other line said her name was Confidence. She was not helpful at all, and she was extremely rude. May I mention that an unreadable ticket is not my fault? Why must I be inconvenienced? Also note that just yesterday I visited the mall and got another unreadable ticket. And upon reaching the boom, a lovely gentleman opened the boom when I explained to him that I have an unreadable ticket. There was no fuss, so why could I not get the same courtesy today? It makes no sense as to why I should be inconvenienced. Confidence from the help desk for the parking is rude and inconsiderate. She dropped the line on us after she said she would like to help other customers. Never will I ever stand for such service. At many malls, when there’s an unreadable ticket they open the booms, they don’t send us back inside. It’s not my fault there’s an issue with your ticket system
The worst store ever. I ordered something online and I called in trice to change the delivery address. Yet they still managed to deliver it to th incorrect address and returned the parcel. I never got my refund and this was a month ago! Poor service! I want my money back
I had the worst experience from Babies R Us in Mall of Africa. Upon reaching the pay point, I used a voucher I got for my Baby Shower and the supervisor Andile from the Mall of Africa branch was not even there to authorise my gift voucher. We waited for so long! And when Andile finally decided to make an appearance, he could not even greet or apologise for the inconvenience caused. Instead I was asked to move aside while they help other customers and I have a newborn in my pram. Please work on your customer service experience. When my transaction was finally complete. I asked for the balance on my gift card and again I was asked to move aside. I wasn’t done with my query and my expectation was not fulfilled. Please do something about this.
Excellent management and they are always on top of things
I call the Multichoice Call Center because my father got debited R1300 but he has the lowest DSTV package of R99 a month. They took my father’s last money out of his account, and said the Premium package was activated on self service. My father does not even do self service. He is not tech savvy, the call Center puts me on hold for 20 minutes! A consultant named Nontobeka promise me a team leader is going to call me back at 11 o’clock in the morning. It’s 4 o’clock already. This is poor service. My father has been with DSTV for 27 years!!! Poor service! Utter disgrace and poor service!
If I could rate Game Store Clearwater Mall 0 stars I would. They are refusing to allow me to exchange a product that does not fit me. Where the sign clearly states no refund, I am only requesting for an exchange. The store manager Simon is so rude, refused to listen to me. I am extremely unhappy with the service. I waited over 20 minutes just for the branch manager that never came!
Rain support is never available, and I was debited twice for the month of December. It's totally unacceptable. When I call Rain Support they are never available. I have been with Rain for years now. Kindly give me a refund. This is my money!
Poor client service, Lenny from Head Office promised to assist me with Activating my Discovery Vitality and moving from Boksburg Branch to Sunward Park branch. He never got back to me but they still want to debit me. They do not want to assist but they want to take your money. They do not even respond to Hello Peter complaints.
My card status is on 'soft block'. I came in to the FNB Boksburg branch for assistance. It is 9am. We have been on hold for an hour now! This is the poorest service I've ever received and it is 9am in the morning! Not even peek hours. I want my card to be unlocked. This is my money this bank is keeping from me. Unacceptable! I have been with FNB for over 20 years. I am moving to Mercantile Bank rather. Their sevices are excellent
