I had a very disappointing experience with Green Thumb Hydroponics. I purchased a Y-piece connector online and paid for it in full. Shortly after, I received an email stating the item was out of stock. Since then, it has been a frustrating back-and-forth process trying to get a refund.
Despite multiple follow-ups, my requests for reimbur*****t have been ignored. The emails appear to fall on deaf ears, with no meaningful communication or resolution. This is not acceptable business practice and shows a clear lack of regard for customer service or accountability.
I strongly caution other potential buyers: be wary when ordering from this business. My experience has been anything but smooth, and I am still out of pocket for an item they couldn’t even supply.
