No service or respect

We have been for years with this company and yet it's becoming a nightmare to store our storage in our unit. We went there this Saturday at 8am and waited until 8.35am and it was still not open, there is no service and no care attitude. We have had so many complaints with this company yet it continues, it's becoming worse. It is not safe at all to wait in a vehicle and nobody wants to open at all. All the office "states," is we will take it further but yet "nothing" becomes easier, all that's stated by the office, is that the storage is closed on Sundays. We work during the week, how do we get to use our storage if it's not open on Saturdays, but yet we pay for our unit every month, it's a disgrace. NO SERVICE, SO DISTURBING
