The end of the month and again no payment can be made as the app is frozen, this is pathetic and ridiculous as it is difficult when a payment is not done and an interest is then charged on an account not paid on a specific date, it's just so unneeded and unfair, bad service at all measures
I'm livered with the new teljoy product that needed to be delivered today to us wasted our whole day waiting and when I called Teljoy customer service all they stated was it's dispatch problem. No assistance no care and no service. My husband is ill and not well and from tomorrow we are not available at anytime and the rest of the week which I did send messages and emails stating that the delivery must be before tomorrow, I'm very angry and we must sit here the whole day not even receive a call or even help from customer service. Very unprofessional and not at all service what we expected.

no water tankers have been enough (sad) we wait patiently NO WATER for the community at all at our homes in our tapes, at Windsor pump system (for days) I feel nausea and not feeling well from this filth and been unhygienic and no answers (stop blaming the community) To no water been available ???? Where is proper reports proper reports on signatures for the upkeep of living rights been unhygienic with NO water. we are never having a restful break, now it's going to work and then having to stand for water 😪😭😫 People are not even been paid and it's money extra for what we can't as families have at our homes, because of NO water No answers 😭😭😭😭 all we told on WhatsApp that's there has been no change to the level on the resoviours as not knowing why the ward councillor were at the resoviours and told us this that we will have no water in our tapes, why ?????? The weekend is near how pathetic then it's no technicians are available even though they bled the resovior yesterday, what the next excuse, school children dealing with toilets how pathetic and having no drinking water in the heat of this weather. Please help this morning s a huge problem as people will get ill and toilets getting blocked and having no answers just all that we are told is get water from tankers, pathetic, we as a community already beginning of 3026 is an absolute disgrace, disaster at all measures 😫😫😫😭😭😭 us as a community has rights and we do not deserve this at any measures and tell us if we are wrong but yet we are pushed and not heard if we do not pay for the costs of water and electricity WHERE is the service and health issues in this matter, just dumped and not sorted, this is a HUGE DISGRACE at the start of 2026
2026 and again it's another year without water in our area as palmiet pumping on the east rand in Gauteng and it's tough as the heat of the hot weather we are going through, and we never have enough tankers and yet as if we never work to make a living, so how are we to get water after hours, when we worked for the day, and out children at school how is this to be hygienic at all, even at other places like old age homes, another year of Ekurhuleni at Germiston stating Rand water stated there is a power outage, this is of an emergency that needs to be sorted as it's going to be unhygienic and how to find extra monies through this to survive is unnecessary.
Good day, I just joined but as I paid by EFT there is no help on stating when the amount was paid as I'm wanting to go see a consultant but calling to ask if the membership is paid is costly on airtime and very difficult it's seriously not at all user friendly even if I made an immediate payment then it's still not reflected as the accounts stated and they state phone Friday, this is really hard and difficult on calling on air time cost and on making an appointment to see a consultant you can't because no monies reflected even though I sent an email, it's seriously difficult, accounts on calling states call in again to see if it reflect (tough)
Good day Near the end of the year again as other months over and over there is no water on the East rand in Homestead, Sunnyridge and Gerdview, and the water tankers are not enough everything runs dry, it's very difficult and on holidays it's like this, how is next year going to be, every weekend this year we had no electricity and no water. Our deep freezers are empty and so are our fridges as we can't live a happy structural life here, and it gets harder and harder and all the Ekurhuleni or Rand water state is waiting until it comes on. This is hard and sad and it might get worse as community and ourselves have never seen a silver lining at all.

Good day, it's sad and very upsetting that at ER my husband was in there and he has been waiting for very long and has been that on having a thyroid that is extensively massive and huge and not functioning at all the complications he has is: (dizziness, not eating (losing 30kg in two months), been weak, not been able to talk correctly, affecting the ears, on earache, not breathing properly (life threatening) as his thyroid is obstructing and pushing down on the oesaohagus and him grasping for air) it's so not right that an operation can't be done as to the hospital been to booked up and there been no beds, why can't any hod or upper authority help on an emergency operation and just allowing my husband to have help and to have a normal life, his been told by ER that he has to come only in January next year (but still no date has been set), but what is his way on living the way he has with serious complications on his life it's so not correct, nobody even in the ER the doctors or nobody speaks or explains anything on his life or how he can manage with this at any means or ways as he is battling to grasp air at many measures, please this is not right or fair on the health board for this gentleman my husband to not receive an emergency procedure to make his life and matters a lot easier, he is needing an operation immediately and if somebody or hod or upper authority help as this is a serious matter in need, this is serious and he needs an operation ASAP, is there anybody that can assist him
Another month of disgrace, and it's every once a month either without electricity or water and we suffer here in Germiston, nothing gets easier or better, and our meat and food has gone off, we have decided now to have no more meat or food going forward in our fridges or deep freezes because of having no electricity or water for days to weeks, we can't even enjoy our homes as the municipality is not helping at any measures
