Gregory self storage piece of **** service no cctv to over a 1000units
I rented a storage at this place and guess what when i went to check my stuff all my appliances were ******, the padlock was still intact and no one had the key to my storage only me…Now i ****en find my TV, washing machine, Microwave, Fridge and amplifier all gone like the person who works there knew what was inside because they reported that they have not had a ******* or breakin in the last couple of months but my things are gone and all they have to say is sorry but theres not footage and theres nothing we can do for you…Wow im soo ****ed at the poor service and all they say is the contract says you store things at your own risk but then who had access to even take everything out and then pack the remaining items back that person had access to the building and knows how everything in that area works but now we are told theres nothing they can help with….Stay away from that ***** place with no proper security or CCTV when we pay monthly for what for them to share and sell our appliances. Greg storage or storage 1 or Kraft storage or whatever name they go with…

No service, and it's dangerous waiting so long to enter the premises
Hi, today we went to take what we needed to off load to storage and we waited outside for 20 minutes to let us in to their premises to off load what we had, but nobody no guard came to open and it's dangerous waiting outside When we finally got inside the guard stated they are short staffed and he must do everything and another Indian gentleman just stated speak to the office it's not them to help on the matter on us waiting No utter care or even to state sorry for letting you wait as you did, but just excuses is utterly unacceptable and very unprofessional Maybe the service will become better or just a no care attitude as usual

Today, 24/05/2025, I went to my unit only to find out that 95% of the stuff I kept in the storage which is worth around R100K has been ******. Please avoid using Gregory Storage. They are a bunch of *******!!!

THEFT OF THE CONTENTS OF MY CONTAINER UNIT..
Went to my container unit-Saturday 24 August 2024. To find the reason why my keys did not work previously, even took Q20 as suggested by them. But still the keys did not work, after cutting what I thought was my padlock had to face the raw reality that my unit had been broken into and all ******, just a few empty boxes and papers to reflect on. Logan the "new owner", will paint a picture, but from his story as well as Marina who has worked there since I first took on this container 2017, will paint you a real horror story. According to the pieces I could puzzle together this has been going on since June/July 2023, but it was never communicated with me or I'm sure any other customer. How much worst can it get that you have been paying an amount of a few rand short of R1,000-00 (one thousand rand) for your ****** possessions. A big bold sign bold in your face "SAFE & SECURE" yeah, for the *****'s who apparently were staff. Please , please, please, if there is anybody out there with a storage unit at Gregory Storage - Elandsfontein. RUN, go check because its EMPTY. My heart is bleeding for all the memories, furniture, linen, cutlery, crockery, my whole home contents has been ******. Apparently this has happened to too many a customer, yet they still TRADE and have a million dark excuses to be RIGHT. I'm shattered.. Rose

I really would rate this company -5 stars if I could. VERY poor service indeed. First and foremost, My Mom had spoken to the ladies at the office during the week and she had confirmed that the Storage facility was open on a Saturday from 08h00am - 17h00pm but when they arrived there Saturday, mid-day the Security Guard wanted to turn My Mom and husband away saying that they needed to come back during the week. Secondly, My Mom was hiring a storage unit here and they broke into her unit along with many other units. when they were asked if any of this was caught on CCTV footage, their reply was that the ******* had covered the cameras and they could not see anything. No offer to re-imburse their clients, nothing... My Moms fridge, double bed, 1 x sleeper couch and washing machine was ****** and she only receives a SASSA pension, she's literally left with nothing of value of the stuff that she had put into storage, they even damaged the one remaining sleeper couch as they stripped the bottom of the couch as well as the zip for the cushions to search for any hidden cash. This is unacceptable and I really would NOT recommend this self-storage to anyone.

Excellent service from Mosito and Zee
We arrived at gregory storage and found a non payment tag on our unit which we pay every month on the 25th. We were helped and given such awesome great helpful service from Mosito and Zee. The gentleman helped me with offering me a cloth and liquid to clean one of the items that we wanted to take out our storage unit. Such humble and friendly service, thank you very much, they made our day and we had no stress at all, thank you to you both you made a difference, awesome super service.

Excellent service from Mosito and Zee
We arrived at gregory storage and found a non payment tag on our unit which we pay every month on the 25th. We were helped and given such awesome great helpful service from Mosito and Zee. The gentleman helped me with offering me a cloth and liquid to clean one of the items that we wanted to take out our storage unit. Such humble and friendly service, thank you very much, they made our day and we had no stress at all, thank you to you both you made a difference, awesome super service.

I am very disappointed in the storage,I had stored my house appliances and couches only to find out yesterday that they were stolen,why do they call it safe and secure and all they said is that they sorry but I suspect they took my goods And I want my things back this is just the start

No service or respect
We have been for years with this company and yet it's becoming a nightmare to store our storage in our unit. We went there this Saturday at 8am and waited until 8.35am and it was still not open, there is no service and no care attitude. We have had so many complaints with this company yet it continues, it's becoming worse. It is not safe at all to wait in a vehicle and nobody wants to open at all. All the office "states," is we will take it further but yet "nothing" becomes easier, all that's stated by the office, is that the storage is closed on Sundays. We work during the week, how do we get to use our storage if it's not open on Saturdays, but yet we pay for our unit every month, it's a disgrace. NO SERVICE, SO DISTURBING
