Don't know where else to go
I made a deposit on the 30th of April but I see it has not been updated,I can't go to the stores cause I'm never around and they calls don't go through,they WhatsApp also is not really user friendly doesn't have other request

Not happy
I'm tired of complaining about matrix now, now they debiting my payment as they please in my account I requested for the 7th of each month but I see they not willing to do as I wish on my account..I'm not happy

Poor service
I'm still not getting the service I requested,I complained firstly then they told me to press the button when I'm by the car it should work for the tracker,I'm in my car as we speak but no help or call received my colleagues are getting good service this matrix thing is not working

Dissapointed
I just recently put matrix on my car,I tried today and yesterday I pressed the button to see if it works till today and now no call received to here if im okay or what,what am I really paying for if I may ask,I'm not happy

Disappointed
I recently joined matrix for incase my car gets ****** and what not,I tried pressing the panic button to see if it works or not ,not even a call received to find out whats happening.. I'm regretting my decion cause we pay on a monthly basis it's not free.

I'm having problems lately with old mutual they literally want me to default on my green light and other funeral policies I have with them which I've been paying them a while now more then 8years.Dont know why they not debating when money is there available on the agreed date,why they not deduting.I feel like they won't pay me when something really happens in the family they want ro run away

Good day I'm having a problem with SA Homeloans I've been telling them that I'm not working and would lime them to change my date to the 7th it's been 2 years no help,I keep defaulting cause I'm not working and don't get paid on the 25th,,,I go in arrears not by choice but cause I don't have money by then.i really wish I can be helped honestly.

I am very disappointed in the storage,I had stored my house appliances and couches only to find out yesterday that they were stolen,why do they call it safe and secure and all they said is that they sorry but I suspect they took my goods And I want my things back this is just the start

I have called I have used watsapp to communicate with Vuma I'm not sure why they cannot connect me to wi fi and my neighbors have so I'm finding it frustrating.

Disappointed
I am so ****ed it's no even funny. Cartrack I first canceled the contract then I asked to continue cause the amount of 2600 I couldn't pay I then started getting calls asking for payment I asked why didn't they do as I asked to reinstate when money came in my account the debited 2000. I then received a call saying I owe 2800 I asked what happened to the 2000 paid. I am upset with cartrack I will never use cartrack ever.
