I rented a storage at this place and guess what when i went to check my stuff all my appliances were ******, the padlock was still intact and no one had the key to my storage only me…Now i ****en find my TV, washing machine, Microwave, Fridge and amplifier all gone like the person who works there knew what was inside because they reported that they have not had a ******* or breakin in the last couple of months but my things are gone and all they have to say is sorry but theres not footage and theres nothing we can do for you…Wow im soo ****ed at the poor service and all they say is the contract says you store things at your own risk but then who had access to even take everything out and then pack the remaining items back that person had access to the building and knows how everything in that area works but now we are told theres nothing they can help with….Stay away from that ***** place with no proper security or CCTV when we pay monthly for what for them to share and sell our appliances. Well well, Telkom Entrance 4 at Eastgate mall what kind of games are we playing..I app**** for a contract on Sunday 8/03/25 i was assured that i will be called to collect my device on Wednesday but they have since not contacted me regarding the device being available and well the whole store of rotten staff that is just chasing sales rather than ensuring that their clients get the service they pay for…When you call the store nobody answers the phone. What must i do at this point as this device i solely bought it for educational purposes as a student now im stuck with my school work because Telkom Eastgate Ent 4 is making sure i suffer before they can tell me to come collect the device. I just need to have the stock in my hands i will know never to comeback to your store…
I have since bought my car from this dealership on the 6th of January 2023, even today i am still waiting for my number plates they have been giving the run around telling me that Gauteng Traffic department doesn’t want to register my car then I spent 2 months using temporary permit until they gave me the original number plates that came with the car i bought, they said i should get my Gauteng Number plates soon this was around march of this year and the dealer principal her name is Porsche or Portia she **** to me when they gave me the limpopo number plate saying they will register the car at any gauteng province traffic department before april but here we are now approaching December still no contact from them regarding my plates the guy (Tiego or Tiisetso) that was assisting me with this car registration to Gauteng doesn’t even text or call to tell me whats going on. That time i paid on the road fees which includes but not limited to getting the car registered i asked for my refund but the dealer principal assured me i will get my GP Plates. A bunch of ****s they took advantage of me because i am a young woman..At first i was assigned a lady called Palesa but she was *********** and then they changed her to Tiego..all i want is my car registration documents for gauteng province there is no way the whole gauteng department can refuse to register my car i want answers and my number plates.
Your team delivered a faulty router i had it collected thinking that it was an exchange as i have mentioned it to the useless lady in your call centre sameday it was delivered, they took it back and i thought they will return it then now im told the thing was cancelled but the account is apparently in arrears how when i did not even used it. It was delivered on the 13th then collected by RAM on the 14th?Explain to me how because your call centre is useless. my account says Pre Legal but im surprised how because I didn?t even enjoy the stupid router nor even used it because it was not even activated, i sent everything back the way it came to me, i only have a Col number which i thought it was a reference for me to call and check when will be my delivery again for the new router. Please make me understand because i have went to vodacom store in eastgate tried to reapply then it declined even online it declined what is going on cos y?all not about to play with my hard earned money by debiting my money for services i did not receive. I can even call your useless customer care team because im asked for a contract number which when I enter the one that was assigned to me it says they cannot assist a prepaid number and when i enter my Id nommer it says invalid. One thing i want to get straight is i don?t appreciate being ****med by a company as highly respected as yours but i have come to a realisation that your teams are not equipped to deal with customers professionally, for example the guy i spoke to on friday the 17th at around 8-9 he sounded soo bored i even pointed it out to him and he did not even care. So please its either yall reinstate my contract and re deliver a working router or you take me off your blacklist because i did nothing wrong your team decided to cancel my contract when i asked for an exchange because ek skeld julle ***ol. Now i am being taken from pillar to post because your accounts dept decided to flag my account as in arrears or pre legal as your *********** team calls it, today alone i have been writing emails and making calls with no help but being transferred to one useless dept to another, like what i want is for your team to remove my name from the pre legal status because if anything your team vodacom owes me i dont owe yall **** so yall better come correct at me and rectify the mistake and get me a damn working router and we continue this further together **** line of yours
