I purchased a washing from them online. They did not deliver the goods and are not responding to calls. I need a refund of my money.

We gave Greystone Trading an order to manufacture over 800 safety shirts for us. The sample they made up for us was signed off and accepted. They requested 50% deposit to start manufacturing. We paid. We requested part deliveries as the client needed some of it urgently. There were always excuses for the delays and when we finally got some of them, we were appalled! The badges were upside down, the right arm was longer than the left, the labels for mediums were larges, buttons falling off, pockets sewn closed, the workmanship was disgusting! It was a nightmare. They demanded we then pay 80% deposit to deliver the rest and fix the ones delivered. Again we paid. By week 8 we still had not received our full order and the “fixed” shirts we did receive were all rejected by our client. We were under massive pressure and had no choice but to re order from another more reputable manufacturer ! We did not get our money back from Greystone Trading who used their family lawyers to send us letters claiming harassment. We submitted photographs of the obvious reasons why they were rejected but they did not respond. We were left with shirts we could do nothing with and a monetary loss that we had to recover from.

I asked a company Gerystone Trading to build a Wendy house for me. on the 26th February my loan application was successful. Two days later i phoned them and spoke to Ishamael he said i must wait for the following week, I waited and phoned again, they said the following week. eventually after a lot of phoning and text messaging and emails the Wendy was put up, minus a door (which is lying inside on the floor) minus one window payn, minus the toilet and handbasin. one can see through the floor board and also by the roof were the wall and roof meet one can see the outside. the place was left in state with bricks and stone and wood lying around. the floor looks as if no real foundation was laid. i called their operations manager Kirsty who now says i can only speak to Ishmael. who i can get through to. please help me. Thank you. all this has been going from the begining of February.

I bought a flat screen TV and laptop (Vostro) in July 2014. They took 3 weeks to deliver and then they delivered the wrong laptop (Inspiron). Vostro cost more than Inspiron. Ghamiem told me that he got me a I5 and I will not pay the difference as it will be the expense of the of the company but I received an I3. I returned the laptop due to this. They wanted to give me the Inspiron back and I told them then that they will have to refund the price difference and they refused as it was a minimal amount and they are no longer responding to my correspondence. They say that I signed a happy note at delivery but I checked the happy not and noticed that Ghamiem completed the form and my signature was not even on the document. This was fraud. To date, I still do not have my laptop. <br> GREYSTONE YOU SUCK!!!
