Big Star Flooring
I had a bad experience with this company. I had made an insurance claim for water damages at my house. Then I contacted them for a quotation. First of all they under quoted me for the insurance claim. Next thing they struggled to get the exact material to replace the damaged floors. Then they forced me to choose from whatever material they could get, telling me that the amount wouldn’t cover the claim with the material I was replacing. Then they reused my old skirtings to make up for the financial loss prohibiting them from buying new skirting. Next thing those skirtings needed painting but they refused to paint at their own cost, even though they agreed when they were at the house (before payment). A part of the quote was a vanity case which was also damaged. They under quoted for that too, as it has to be manufactured but they couldn’t find anyone. I had to source someone myself who would be paid from the claims money. They refused to do the plumbing work to install the sink attached to the vanity. Then they complained of having to take Ubers to my place and the cost - told them that’s none of my business, not my problem! Cannot believe them! Not satisfied at all. Would never recommend them.
