Service Excellence Trifecta!

After resolving multiple issues with 1-grid to sort out my Domains, Shawaal Van Wyk picked up on my issues from a billing perspective. She completed the Service Excellence trifecta I had on my previous encounters by bringing the issue to my attention and resolving it.
