Stellar service from Gridwise South Africa. 24 hours after placing an order for a gas geyser it was delivered. Thank you Ross for the most excellent customer service. 100% recommended for professionalism and customer care.

Gridwise solar
So.. after a long search for a solar expert. We came across gridwise. After speaking to Brian. And let me tell you that he is a con artist of note, we were forced to pay the full amount of 155k upfront for a solar system. He demanded this payment before he would even do a site visit. Once paid. In full, he then told us that the inverter and battery will be delivered in a few days and the the Panels are out of stock till end April. We were forced to agree as with the inverter and battery installed we will be load shedding free. Without notice . 8 solar panels were delivered to our house. Super excited I contacted the electrician and asked that he should pls come install. Once I got home that evening I saw the delivery slip and they had delivered a inferior solar panel that was far cheaper than what I had paid for ... after long calls and fights they acknowledged that they made a mistake and our Canadian panels we paid for will only be available on the 14 of July... this is complete NON DISCLOSURE. THE so called owner promised to call me Friday 21 April 2023 with a solution and I'm still waiting ... con artists people. GRIWISE SUCKS .

Sold me 12l DewHot Eco Dew gas geysers that were not suitable for my requirements. Not sure if it was the installation or product but geysers kept switching off when opening cold water tap when showering. Did try to help me over the phone, but later got the idea they were trying to stall because they never came to my house to assist and solve the problem. In the end I decided to remove the gas geysers and go back to electric geyser. Water would get hot, and 10s later when you open tap it doesn’t. Wasted a lot of water. Make sure to get guarantee that if product does not work they will refund you. They didn’t want to refund me even though I think they did not sell me the correct product, and that the installer they referred were not knowledgeable.
