Quick fix

After complaining on this forum about a Grohe tap I purchased at Bathroom Bizzarre that was faulty, and Bathroom Bizzarre refused to replace, Grohe quickly contacted me and sent someone out to my house to replace the tap. Since then I have had a few months of good use from a range of Grohe taps in my house and can happily confirm that my previous issue was not only quickly resolved, but that I have had no further problems from any of the taps.
