We purchased 3 Grohe toilets in March and had them installed by a plumber . Unfortunately one kept running so I called Grohe at 2.00pm on a tuesday in August. They took my details and came out at 12.00 the next day and fixed the problem quickly and it was done under guarantee at no charge . Thanks for great service

Ordered aerators for taps and was told they are in the warehouse which will take about 2 weeks to get. Why does it take 2 weeks to get something they have stock of in their warehouse?!! Anyway over a month later still chasing them, no luck. Speak to any plumbing shop and they will tell you to stay well clear of Grohe as there is no after sales service in SA and ordering is a nightmare.

As a big company as such I think we should get just as good service I've been trying to get hold of grohe to come and repair my taps which mind you are under 6 months but every time I get no feedback. I'm so sick and tired of calling them that I gave up and I resorted to hello Peter hopedully I would get some sort of help here. Regards

After complaining on this forum about a Grohe tap I purchased at Bathroom Bizzarre that was faulty, and Bathroom Bizzarre refused to replace, Grohe quickly contacted me and sent someone out to my house to replace the tap. Since then I have had a few months of good use from a range of Grohe taps in my house and can happily confirm that my previous issue was not only quickly resolved, but that I have had no further problems from any of the taps. Thanks Grohe.

Sub standard products, Stockist refuse to replace taps that have manufacturing defects, premium price and market themselves as a premium product but shoddy products and refusal to replace clearly demonstrates that the Hans Grohe range is probably the right ones to use. Don't confuse the two, Grohe = Bad, Hans Grohe = Good.

We had some tiling done in a new house we are building, the tiller in his wisdom decided to make the hole for the shower mixer 100mm by 100mm. This mean that the round cover place did not cover the hole.

Chopping out porcelain tiles was not an option, so I went around to all the local bathroom suppliers asking if I could get a bigger cover place. Most said no sorry we don't do Grohe, the others just said no, we don't stock anything but the mixer..

So I googled and contacted Grohe, I received an email response and 2 days later a courier delivered two cover plates to me.

What fantastic customer service.
