Quick fix
After complaining on this forum about a Grohe tap I purchased at Bathroom Bizzarre that was faulty, and Bathroom Bizzarre refused to replace, Grohe quickly contacted me and sent someone out to my house to replace the tap. Since then I have had a few months of good use from a range of Grohe taps in my house and can happily confirm that my previous issue was not only quickly resolved, but that I have had no further problems from any of the taps. Thanks Grohe.

15 Day promise is getting on for 2 months
I Have been waiting almost 2 months for installation and no call, update or indication when they will install.

Please finish the job you started
Floors direct have installed my floors but have not finished one section around the fireplace, I have called and visited several times and they promise and promise and promise to come and finish up but months later I am still waiting.

Finally, A sanitary ware supplier with integrity
I Have just finished building a large house that includes 6 bathrooms, having experienced lies, poor service and lack of delivery from Itile, sub standard products and terrible service from Bathroom Bizzarre, and reasonable service but high prices from Tile Africa, CTM are the one company that have offered excellent service, reasonable prices and no fuss exchanges when there was problems, I will definitely stick with CTM in future, the other places mentioned above have no integrity and doom your building and renovating projects to misery.

Sub standard products and refuse to replace
Sell sub standard products and refuse to replace them when they clearly have manufacturing defects. Referring me to their suppliers doesn't help me, you took my money now you should take responsibility for the rubbish you sell.

Shoddy products
Sub standard products, Stockist refuse to replace taps that have manufacturing defects, premium price and market themselves as a premium product but shoddy products and refusal to replace clearly demonstrates that the Hans Grohe range is probably the right ones to use. Don't confuse the two, Grohe = Bad, Hans Grohe = Good.

these guys are a joke
First visit, bought 200 sq/m of ceramic tiles and was promised the price would be held if I need additional for the job. Delivery took three weeks. <br> Second visit, system was down and could not give prices on taps and basins or process sales. Left with nothing. <br> Third visit. Needed more ceramic tiles, price was up 25 percent and refused to honor previous price despite promising to do so. Ended up delivering a broken box which they promised to replace and two weeks later we still waiting. <br> Fourth visit...never going to happen. Rather use a supplier that has integrity and can actually deliver.
