I purchased the Grooved Magic Book Set immediately after making the payment, the confirmation order I received from “Groovd” stated I could “expect the order to be shipped in 7 - 12 days” it’s been 3 months & counting and I still didn’t receive my order or refund. I did received dm on Instagram saying I will receive my order in the 2nd week of December 2023 which was a lie and when I enquired my msg’s was ignored & none of the contact details exist after reporting them on Instagram as **** business I received dm saying I would receive my refund in 2 days without them requesting any bank details. They are a *****ulent business ****ming hard worker parents out of their hard earned money Please report them with the South African ***** Prevention Service (SAFPS)
