I purchased the Grooved Magic Book Set immediately after making the payment, the confirmation order I received from “Groovd” stated I could “expect the order to be shipped in 7 - 12 days” it’s been 3 months & counting and I still didn’t receive my order or refund. I did received dm on Instagram saying I will receive my order in the 2nd week of December 2023 which was a lie and when I enquired my msg’s was ignored & none of the contact details exist after reporting them on Instagram as **** business I received dm saying I would receive my refund in 2 days without them requesting any bank details. They are a *****ulent business ****ming hard worker parents out of their hard earned money Please report them with the South African ***** Prevention Service (SAFPS)

Lousy Food & Service
Food was very disappointing & a total waste of money the Del Forno Prego steak - Steak was so tough & fatty & Trinchado - Steak was like rubber & chips some were not fried properly it was uncooked. Total waste of money

Poor quality product
Clicks made 4 baby pants size 6 is not leak protected as stated on the pack. I brought a pack and it leaks right through I never had a problem with the previous pack even when I wear double for my kid it still leaks in these difficult times who has extra money to waste on double diaper / pants this is extremely poor quality product and in the end its definitely not better value for money

Terrible customer service
We have been trying since February 2020 to cancel Get More & get the charges reverse but with no luck we keep getting the run around from Get More who says we must contact cell c to reverse the charges & cell c who says we must contact get more to sort out this matter. Until now we are billed every month a monthly fee for something that was supposed to be canceled in February 2020 & also we been charge a get more once-off joining fee in March 2020 & May 2020, everyone we speak to from get more & cell c says they will escalate this matter and call us back to date no one has

During this world wide Covid-19 epidemic crises when major banks are offering their clients debt relief and payment breaks and payment “holidays” the only debt relief Capitec is offering their clients is a NOTE to say you unable to pay your personal loan henceforth your account will be in arrears according to Capitec collections department.
