The customer service is putrid! I placed my order 2 weeks ago, and zero communication about my order. After several mails (MIGHT I ADD their automated email when placing an order says you can reply to that very mail if you have queries and when you do you get a checky response from the design team 9 DAYS LATER telling you to email to the "correct" email for queries and not this one, and still zero feedback ) Maybe you should much better communication in place and not have that stated on your confirmation emails. Their Whatsapp Line constantly tells me a different story for the past 3 days, that they will get back to me with tracking details AND NOTHING. My sister followed up for me too on Instagram and they had the complete order wrong. How do you get an order wrong when you're given the correct order number?? When I commented on their Tiktok page under the item I ordered, they removed my comments. It is very clear to me that they are very unorganised, rude and take ZERO pride in their customer service. First and very last time I order from these people. I would NOT recommend. I truly feel that is prefer a refund! But I can't even get that because getting a response AND a truthful response from these people is impossible! Disgusting.
