I've ordered a sweatshirt from Groovy Baby Apparel on the 19th July and I still haven't gotten any updates or messages that the package has been sent. I even paid shipping for courier that would take 4/5 working days yet it has almost been a month. I've been trying to contact them for the whole week yet I've been getting no response. I've dmed their customer service ig and their main account and I even emailed them and all I got was a automated response. I have no idea what's happening but I feel like I've been taken for an absolute joke.

I've ordered a sweatshirt from Groovy Baby Apparel on the 19th July and I still haven't gotten any updates or messages that the package has been sent. Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting!!! I trusted you people to come through for me for my daughter's 13th birthday and you are just THIEVES!!! No matter how I try and contact you, I just get ignored - new addition this week is an out of office message that says I should contact you on Instagram but I already have and you just ignore me - have contacted you twice on Instagram now and nothing!!

Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting!!! I trusted you people to come through for me for my daughter's 13th birthday and you are just THIEVES!!! I initially had a great experience with this company - Spent a great deal of money on purchases and they arrived on time etc. However, 2 items did not fit and needed to be returned for a larger size. The package with my returns in arrived at their offices on 29 April and since then, they have just fallen off the face of the earth and I cannot get a response or an acknowledgement of receipt or confirmation that replacements are on their way. They are sitting with 2 items of clothing, worth about R900, for which they have already been paid. I want my goods or my money back! Terrible service! I am not letting this go!!

The customer service is putrid! I placed my order 2 weeks ago, and zero communication about my order. After several mails (MIGHT I ADD their automated email when placing an order says you can reply to that very mail if you have queries and when you do you get a checky response from the design team 9 DAYS LATER telling you to email to the "correct" email for queries and not this one, and still zero feedback ) Maybe you should much better communication in place and not have that stated on your confirmation emails. Their Whatsapp Line constantly tells me a different story for the past 3 days, that they will get back to me with tracking details AND NOTHING. My sister followed up for me too on Instagram and they had the complete order wrong. How do you get an order wrong when you're given the correct order number?? When I commented on their Tiktok page under the item I ordered, they removed my comments. It is very clear to me that they are very unorganised, rude and take ZERO pride in their customer service. First and very last time I order from these people. I would NOT recommend. I truly feel that is prefer a refund! But I can't even get that because getting a response AND a truthful response from these people is impossible! Disgusting.

They’re customer service is PATHETIC!!! I placed an order on the 27th of March, and to this day my order is still supposedly “being processed and will be shipped out soon”. I’ve received this same generic response from the customer service line (on Instagram) each time I ask. I’ve paid almost R2000 for several items. I understand that there was a long weekend during this period, but even with the long weekend, they’ve had 14 WORKING DAYS to process my order and yet, they’re still supposedly processing it. They say it takes 3-5 working days for the creation process, and somehow they’re knocking on 3 times that amount of time. There’s no shipping/tracking details, they don’t answer their phone calls and they keep feeding the same generic response each time. I’ve seen great reviews from this place and I was really excited to get my merch from them but at this point, I’m regretting even having placed an order with them. At this point, I just want my refund and I’ll rather just buy from Cotton On or Factorie because at least I know it’ll arrive on time.

Firstly I just want to thank the main WhatsApp number for always coming through! This business is one of the few local clothing businesses that I feel comfortable with. I’m a regular customer because they always make me feel so appreciated and not to mention their quality is A1!! Their service makes you feel like you’re talking to a friend, not just ordering from a company. They are super considerate and always make things convenient for you. I live and breathe by this brand, I literally swear by them. My wardrobe is slowly becoming consumed by their brand! 10/10 would and do recommend to everyone for their online items and for custom items, including and especially their luxe dresses!

I’m a regular customer because they always make me feel so appreciated and not to mention their quality is A1!! WORST service. Truly not happy with the lack of communication. A customer should not have to run after a service like this. I've had to reach out to your sales rep EVERY SINGLE TIME. Responds when they want to and with answers that don't have a clear message. Groovy Baby Apparel don't even talk your calls. I so called "won" overnight shipping LAST Thursday, yet I'm STILL waiting for my package. NOT even a tracking number has been given to me? Messages after messages, and still nothing. Please send my package or refund my money.

I shopped at Groovy baby Apparel a few times, they are really reliable. I order though their Instagram dms and it’s always smooth and their clothing is really affordable and such great quality, and they care about their customers one of my parcels was stuck in transit and they followed up with the courier and resolved the issue so quickly and I received my items they are really a great store to shop at. Highly recommended
