SHONEI was a lovely consultant to speak to. Assisted me with my query on Optometry. I wouldn’t mind phoning or answering any sales calls if THIS is the standard they delivered every time, Thank you for the friendly, fast & efficient service.

WORST SERVICE
WORST service. Truly not happy with the lack of communication. A customer should not have to run after a service like this. I've had to reach out to your sales rep EVERY SINGLE TIME. Responds when they want to and with answers that don't have a clear message. Groovy Baby Apparel don't even talk your calls. I so called "won" overnight shipping LAST Thursday, yet I'm STILL waiting for my package. NOT even a tracking number has been given to me? Messages after messages, and still nothing. Please send my package or refund my money.

WORST SERVICE
Cross trainer Alberton city. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Staff thinking they're superior over their customers. Staring them down, NOT WEARING MASKS, and refusing to assist customers in store. Absolutely disgusted in SIBUSISO behavior & mannerism. Definitely should NOT be working in retail.
